A new class starts every 10 mins, so you’re never late. You’ll circuit through 4 stations, lasting 10 mins each. After completing the first station, you’ll move on to the next one, so a new group can start a new class.

Our full circuit consists of four stations, each one covering three exercises performed for three rounds. After you complete your workout, you’ll burn up to 800 calories and enjoy the afterburn for up to 48 hours.
